  • A minimum of 10 travel packages added per week between Monday & Friday including requests for specific packages from ASATA or SATSA registered tour operators.
  • Helpdesk - Email helpdesk support during business hours - Business hours: 09.00 – 17.00 on weekdays, not including SA public holidays.
  • Backend Fixes - This only includes in scope back end issues - This does not include any website front end fixes
