Yes, each registered travel consultant has a personal login code which gives her access to the Travel IS database and all the vital information she will require regarding the package, such as, suppliers details, contact person, rules, terms, conditions and reference number.
When a new package is created it is important to load it onto the site immediately or as soon as possible, so our dedicated data capturers can add images and an overview of the destination before loading it onto the portal.
A dedicated data capturer will be managing your inventory and you will contact that person who will stay in regular contact with the assigned contact person from your company. You will also be able to contact our help desk or Lindsay Quail in the event of an unlikely emergency.
